Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex Prefab Customer project orders from initiation through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, risk management, and customer communications, coordinating with internal manufacturing and third-party vendors to deliver an integrated package including electrical enclosures, distribution, and control systems.

The role requires a four-year degree, strong PM skills, and experience with project finance.

• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms
• Experience with systems integration or building/electrical control systems welcome

Responsibilities

• Own and validate project scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms with customer
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communications
• Manage cross-functional execution with internal facilities and vendors
• Monitor progress, report performance, and manage change control
• Close out projects with financial reconciliation and lessons learned
• Lead the customer contact and coordinate with support services and training functions
