Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex customer prefab projects from initiation to closeout. You will own scope, schedule, cost, and contracts, coordinating with internal manufacturing, vendors, and the customer to deliver Integrated Package solutions including electrical enclosures, HVAC, and control systems.

You will drive risk/change management, report progress to stakeholders, and ensure financial reconciliation and successful project handover.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to understand complex technical topics.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and delegation skills.
• Proven organizational and time/project management abilities.
• Advanced understanding of project management and project finance.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms with customers.
• Experience with systems integration HVAC or building/electronic control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns and validates project scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms with the customer.
• Develops project organization, schedule, risk register, and communicates with stakeholders.
• Monitors execution via kick-off, schedule updates, and technical requirement exchanges.
• Leads monitoring and control of project performance and progress reporting.
• Leads project closeout including financial reconciliation and handover.
• Demonstrates understanding of Schneider Electric products and processes for project success.
