Job summary

QXO in Aurora, CO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction and building products projects. You will drive planning, execution, financial performance, and delivery while mentoring teams and ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

You will coordinate with Estimating, Purchasing, Production, Sales, Operations, and leadership to optimize project outcomes and grow the business through exceptional client relationships and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related).
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive project management experience in construction/building materials sectors.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from contract award through closeout.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource plans.
• Manage budgets and monitor costs across the project lifecycle.
• Forecast profitability and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership and development for project managers and coordinators.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, vendors, and executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and optimize workflows.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
