Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of project management responsibility, demonstrating leadership across lifecycles.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project (or Smartsheets).
• Experience presenting executive summaries and formal briefing materials.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret data analyses for operational insights.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for managing project scope, cost, schedule, risk, and resources.
• Coordinate IT and non-IT resources to deliver in scope, on time and within budget.
• Develop implementation timetables; monitor and analyze project performance.
• Serve as liaison with stakeholders to provide current data and status.
• Prepare proposals and facilitate vendor/service selections.
• Lead cross-functional teams; facilitate meetings and drive decisions.
• Communicate progress, accountability, and gaps to management.
