Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience in advertising or creative industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and client teams through the execution of complex projects on time and on budget.
• Drive integration, cohesion, and efficiency across projects and accounts.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines with a clear point of view on approach, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and opportunities to pivot in real time to keep projects on track.
• Lead project communications with updates, changes, risks, and budget status to all stakeholders.
• Partner with PM Directors and clients to ensure project and account success.
• Foster collaboration and remove roadblocks to keep teams aligned on goals.
