HighLevel is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead cross‑disciplinary creative projects across video, copy, and design. You’ll manage timelines, provide direct, specific feedback, and collaborate with external partners to deliver standout campaigns.

You’ll bring a portfolio that demonstrates range, harness performance data to guide creative direction, and help scale AI‑assisted workflows while maintaining brand integrity across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creative projects independently from concept through delivery.
• Ability to give direct creative feedback to team members.
• Experience identifying compelling stories from raw material — interviews, events, or conversations.
• Experience coordinating creative work with external partners — contractors, agencies, freelancers.
• Experience leading and collaborating with a global team and adapting to regional contexts.
• Strong organizational skills for managing large content libraries and assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects across creative disciplines.
• Lead creative projects for an assigned portfolio, running independently once ramped up.
• Provide direct, specific creative feedback to contributors across video, copy and design.
• Work directly with external partners, including agencies, vendors and freelancers.
• Know enough across each craft to evaluate whether the work solves the right problem.
• Monitor content performance and translate insights into tests and optimization.
• Partner with Marketing teams to improve creative performance through testing and iteration.
• Contribute to AI-assisted workflows and scalable asset management.
• Create systems that improve content discoverability and reuse.
