Job description

ANGLICOTECH, LLC is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing Global Logistics and Supply Chain management, systems and analysis, Cybersecurity and NIST SP 800-171 compliance solutioning as well as Enterprise Information Technology Implementation and Services.

We are seeking a Senior Project Lead with immediate availability to support the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) and Marine Force Storage Command (MFSC) under the Coordinated Secondary Reparable (SECREP) Management and Strategic Logistics Services (SLS) program. This role provides the central leadership necessary to manage distributed personnel, maintain program cohesion, and ensure all SECREP, continuous process improvement (CPI), and strategic logistics requirements are executed to contract standards. As the primary interface between Anglicotech and Government stakeholders, the Senior Project Lead delivers the oversight, direction, and risk management required to sustain readiness, support operational logistics, and keep the program aligned with Marine Corps priorities and modernization efforts. The Senior Project Lead oversees all contractual performance across MEF, Marine Forces Reserve, and MARCORLOGCOM locations. Responsibilities include managing contractor personnel, ensuring compliance with PWS requirements, maintaining communication with Government leadership, and directing timely, accurate execution of SECREP and strategic logistics activities. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for both the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative.

Through centralized leadership, disciplined program management, and strategic coordination, the Senior Project Lead ensures MFSC CSM & SLS operations remain aligned with Marine Corps readiness objectives, executed without disruption, and delivered with consistent accuracy and professionalism.

Location: This position is located in Albany, GA.

  • A salary range of $121,125 to $142,500 is available for the position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership and Oversight

  • Direct all aspects of program operations, ensuring contract requirements are met across all participating MEFs, MARFORRES, and MFSC sites.
  • Provide leadership to a distributed team of 25+ logistics, CPI, and technical personnel.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and internal Quality Control Plan (QCP).
  • Maintain Day‑1 readiness by ensuring staffing, training, and operational capabilities are fully established and sustained.

Government Interface and Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the KO, COR, Government Program Manager, and Government Site Leads.
  • Deliver clear, accurate communication regarding program performance, risks, staffing, and operational status.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels, including management of Site Leads and all Supply Technician personnel.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and personnel replacement procedures to maintain uninterrupted support.
  • Support cross‑functional coordination and ensure all personnel comply with training, safety, security, and reporting requirements.

Operational Execution and Coordination

  • Direct SECREP management activities, including inventory accuracy, redistribution, demand analysis, and SECREP lifecycle support.
  • Coordinate strategic logistics planning, CPI initiatives, and support for RIP operations across all locations.
  • Ensure alignment of daily activities with Marine Corps policies, references, and modernization directives.

Performance Reporting and Documentation

  • Oversee development and submission of required deliverables, including weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports, CSM metrics scorecards, and briefing materials.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered in accordance with PWS schedules and Government formats.

Risk Management and Problem Resolution

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, staffing, and process risks affecting execution.
  • Implement corrective actions, process improvements, and escalation procedures.

Security Clearance: US Citizenship required; must possess a Secret clearance.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in integrated logistics operations supporting wholesale and retail SECREP activities.
  • Proven experience leading and managing geographically dispersed teams within DoD or Marine Corps logistics environments.
  • Strong understanding of supply policies, SECREP management, and logistics lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems and tools (GCSS-MC, Navy ERP, MDR; L-DART, APSR, etc.)

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
