Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC seeks a Senior Project Lead to oversee SECREP program operations for MARCORLOGCOM and MFSC, directing a distributed team across multiple locations. You will manage performance, staffing, and compliance with contract requirements while maintaining communication with Government stakeholders.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, and 6+ years of DoD logistics experience, with strong leadership and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in logistics or related field; DoD/military logistics experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of integrated logistics operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage geographically dispersed teams within DoD/marine logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of SECREP management and logistics lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of program operations across MEF, MARFORRES, and MFSC sites.
• Lead a distributed team of 25+ personnel in logistics, CPI, and technical disciplines.
• Monitor performance per QASP and internal QC Plan; ensure Day-1 readiness.
