Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Formal credit training and existing credit approval authority advantageous.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior risk adviser in a deal-team environment to analyze clients and structures, prepare credit submissions and provide risk decisions or recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze market developments and global industry trends; advise senior management on risk matters related to the portfolio.
• Present transactions and industry reports as the accountable Risk Senior Manager at internal credit and business forums.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; collaborate with risk teams to align strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team through development and policy/procedure simplification projects.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
