Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree or equivalent with project controls/finance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and governance reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor commitments, expenditures, and project spending.
• Review contractor and vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Lead monthly cost reviews and variance analysis.
• Support capital funding requests and financial approvals.
• Process accruals, reclassifications, and financial adjustments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; analyze performance and risks.
• Maintain project risk registers and assess change impacts.
• Prepare project controls reports and provide actionable insights.
