Job summary

Amgen is a global biotechnology leader seeking a Sr. Associate Business Performance to support project financial management for technology and data initiatives.

You will partner with Project Managers to develop budgets, forecast costs, analyze variances, and monitor project performance. In collaboration with finance and cross-functional teams, you will manage cost reviews, scheduling, risk management, and reporting, helping leadership make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in project controls, cost management, scheduling, or project finance.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and forecasts for technology and data projects.
• Monitor expenditures, review invoices, and perform cost variance analysis.
• Maintain project schedules and identify risks and delays.
• Prepare project controls reports for leadership and governance.

Education

Master’s degree
