Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a senior financial leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale projects. You will partner with project and regional leadership to provide financial insights that support performance and profitability, while ensuring compliance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 8+ years of related experience, and 2–4 years in management. CCIFP or CPA preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A or related field.
Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects with financial accountability.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, extraction, or related industry.
2–4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
Certifications preferred: CCIFP or CPA.

Responsibilities

Leads financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale projects.
Provides financial insights to project leadership to support performance and profitability.
Oversees project accounting activities and cost management.
Ensures accounting policies, procedures and internal controls compliance, including audit coordination.
Leads and develops project accounting staff and coordinates daily financial operations.
Monitors cash flow, billing, collections, and financial exposures across projects.
