Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects with financial accountability.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, extraction, or related industry.
• Experience leading financial operations across multiple projects, programs, or business segments; 2–4 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Leads financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale projects, incl. risk/opportunity analysis.
• Serves as primary financial advisor to project leadership, supporting decision-making.
• Manages and develops project accounting staff and daily financial operations.
• Oversees project cost structures including labor, materials, insurance, and contracts.
• Leads project performance reviews and prepares consolidated financial forecasts for leadership.
• Monitors cash flow, billing, collections, and financial exposures across project lifecycle.
• Ensures compliance with accounting policies and internal controls; coordinates audits.
