BBVA’s New York team is expanding in the offshore wind, energy transition and cleantech space, focusing on debt advisory (project and acquisition finance) and potential M&A. The role requires seniority, a solid deals list, and licenses (FINRA SIE, Series 79, Series 63).

The candidate will originate, structure, and execute complex financing solutions, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with global teams to deliver client-focused advisory services in a dynamic market.

Competenze

• Master's degree or higher; MBA desirable.
• 6-8 years' experience in debt advisory, project and acquisition finance or related lending/advisory with a solid deals list.
• Licenses: FINRA SIE, Series 79 and Series 63 required.
• Strong financial modelling expertise and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Origination support: assist strategy and deal targeting.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with lenders, investors and advisors.
• Prepare pitches and materials; coordinate with internal teams to identify opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution and manage deliverables.
• Oversee financial modelling workstreams and analyses.
• Prepare information memoranda and deal materials for approvals.
• Support negotiations and project documentation review.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional work.
