Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. in Georgia seeks an accounting professional to support project accounting, billing, AR, and monthly reporting. You will collaborate with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate financial data.

The role requires a Bachelor or Associate degree with related experience, excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and familiarity with GAAP/FAR principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with related experience.
• Experience in an AEC industry firm is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance; GAAP/FAR knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Project accounting, including Dynamics setup, monthly billing and AR processes, contract/file setup and archiving, and financial monitoring help.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Assist Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Contribute to compliance with ISO requirements and client monthly reporting.
