Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc., based in Orlando, FL, is hiring a Project Accountant to support project accounting, monthly billing, AR processes, and financial reporting. The role interfaces with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors; attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, GAAP knowledge, and Microsoft Dynamics experience in an engineering/construction setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required, or an Associate’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience.
• AEC industry experience preferred (Architecture, Engineering or Construction).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project accounting including Dynamics project setup, monthly billing, AR processes, contract and billing file setup/archiving, and assistance with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
