Job summary

Hanwha Renewables, a leader in renewable energy solutions, seeks a Senior Analyst for its Project Finance team in Houston. You will build and refine complex financial models, forecast project economics, and assess investments in solar and storage projects.

Collaboration across cross-functional teams will drive decision-making and value creation. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in project finance within renewables, strong Excel skills, and deep knowledge of tax equity, ITC/PTC, and debt

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
3+ years of project finance experience in Solar, battery or renewables preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools with macros and advanced functions.
Deep knowledge of solar energy project financing structures, tax credits and debt financing.

Responsibilities

Project Financial Modeling, Forecasting and Analysis using Excel-based models.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate feasibility, returns and performance.
Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning for risks and opportunities.
Evaluate solar energy and storage investments considering financial metrics and regulatory factors.
Assess impact of incentives and tax credits on project economics.
Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets aligned with financial goals.
Prepare and present financial reports highlighting KPIs and trends.
Coordinate inputs with EPC, interconnection, real estate and asset management teams.
