Hanwha Energy USA, headquartered in Houston, seeks an experienced Director of Project Finance to lead complex financing structures across renewables, gas, storage, and data center ventures. You will partner with executive teams, tax, legal, treasury, and accounting to optimize capital structures and maximize returns across a growing portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years in project/infrastructure finance, advanced modeling, and proven negotiation skills to secure tax equity and debt facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, infrastructure finance, or corporate finance.
• Experience leading renewable energy or infrastructure financings; advanced financial modeling and transaction execution expertise; proven negotiation of financing agreements and documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring and execution of project financings, corporate financings, tax equity investments, debt facilities, and strategic capital transactions.
• Develop and evaluate financing alternatives to support development and growth objectives.
• Lead negotiations with lenders, tax equity investors, institutional investors, and strategic financing partners.
• Close project finance transactions through financial close.
• Develop and oversee sophisticated financial models to support investment and financing decisions.
