Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressive leadership experience in construction operations and PM.
• Advanced understanding of construction operations, project delivery methods, and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and strategic leadership for multiple projects and regional initiatives.
• Lead operational planning, staffing, financial performance, and organizational development.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Support business development, market expansion, and project pursuit strategies including proposals and negotiations.
• Oversee portfolio financial performance including profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures across project teams.
• Provide executive support for major contract negotiations and dispute management.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Collaborative Delivery teams on project pursuits and procurement strategies.
• Lead mentorship, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Promote operational excellence, safety leadership, and quality assurance across operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and long-term objectives.
