Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of construction management experience.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and multi-project environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large-scale projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to PMs and project teams.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow, and risk management.
• Develop executive-level client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead resolution of disputes, claims, and operational challenges.
