A leading homebuilder is looking for a high-level Project Manager in Shell Beach, California. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and at least 10 years in project management, overseeing multifamily and tract home developments. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and relationships with stakeholders, as well as navigating governmental processes and supervising project teams. This role offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor.
• Minimum of 10 years as a Project Manager supervising project teams.
• Experience with governmental agencies, permitting, and development approvals.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Manage consultant teams through design development and construction.
• Supervise development projects from acquisition to sales.
