Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in multifamily and commercial construction.
• Successfully managed multiple projects to completion with values ranging from $20M–$60M.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage overall project success.
• Organize and participate in project meetings.
• Prepare contracts and change orders in a timely fashion.
• Provide oversight for all phases of construction.
• Foster strong partnership with owners.
• Assist in close-out documentation.
