Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking a Project Executive in Tulsa, OK to lead high-stakes, mission-critical projects on-site. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, coordinate with clients, and ensure project alignment with budgets and schedules.

This role emphasizes delivering reliable facilities such as data centers with strong safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with senior leadership to plan phased deliveries, manage risks, and drive profitability across business units

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive operations experience, including supervisory roles.
• Minimum of 5 years leading data center or mission critical facility projects.
• Design-build experience on relevant project types.
• Valid State-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to Operations staff and ensure compliance with established policies.
• Oversee daily management, coordination, and execution of high-stakes projects within assigned business units.
• Mentor, develop and train Operations staff and pursue opportunities to grow the business.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to maintain project alignment and performance.
• Provide executive level reporting on status, milestones, KPI’s and financials.
