• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and change order management.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project from buy-out through construction and closeout.
• Coordinate with GC, field team, suppliers, and leadership.
• Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead procurement, vendor selection, and purchase orders.
• Attend meetings; track milestones and critical dates.
• Monitor cost, productivity, and job costing; ensure quality.
