Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead mega construction projects from inception to completion. You will mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers, oversee complex projects, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Your role covers project setup through closeout, forecasting, change management, and schedule control. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with industrial construction, budgeting, scheduling, and Procore,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Industrial Construction, managing projects $75MM+
• OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR Training
• Extensive experience budgeting and scheduling
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Experience with Procore and contract/subcontract documents
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Mentor Senior PMs, PMs, and AMs
• Oversee high-profile, complex projects with minimal oversight
• Allocate resources to meet schedules
• Attend hand-off meetings for crucial project information
• Review/approve budgets, SVs, and invoices
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
• Approve subcontracts and purchase orders, including negotiations
• Oversee change orders and Notices of Delay
• Participate in hiring PM and field personnel
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site
