You will mentor teams, shape risk strategies, negotiate contracts, and build client relationships while advancing Gilbane's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12–18 years of experience leading projects $100M+ in healthcare, life sciences, higher education.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and ensure safety and contract compliance.
• Direct subcontracting strategy and buyout process; manage risk and claims.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee risk mitigation; ensure insurance/bonds compliance.
• Develop market understanding and networking strategy for local areas; grow client relationships.
• Mentor and develop team members; foster inclusive, high-performance culture.
