Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead complex construction programs, drive safety, and ensure contract alignment across multiple projects. The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, strategic decision-making, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

The position reports to senior leadership and is integral to Gilbane's growth, with a focus on mentoring teams, managing subcontractors, and leveraging a strong network in key markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12-18 years of experience leading projects of $100M+ in healthcare, life sciences, higher-education, etc.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Assumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirements.
• Verifies the accuracy of project financial forecast, notice provisions, and billings to meet contract requirements and resolve potential claims and deviations.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of the local market areas and profiles to create and lead a networking strategy.
• Partners with business development to ensure seamless integration with sales strategies and account plans.
