Gilbane Building is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead complex, multi-project efforts with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will guide project teams, manage subcontractors, and partner with business development to align client goals with financial performance.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, or higher education projects, strong communication, and a strategic mindset to optimize profitability and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12–18 years of experience leading projects of 100M+ in healthcare, life sciences, or higher education.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Assumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirements.
• Verifies the accuracy of project financial forecast, notice provisions, and billings to meet contract requirements.
• Ensures team creates a project-specific quality plan aligned with contract documents.
• Leads and oversees development of GMP/design-build submissions.
• Oversees scheduling and execution across multiple projects and manages schedule risk.
