Job summary

MCL Construction in Omaha, NE is seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple complex commercial projects, owning safety, quality, schedule and financial performance while strengthening client partnerships.

You will mentor Project Managers and teams, drive pursuit strategy, and provide strategic direction from preconstruction through closeout, helping shape the next generation of leaders at MCL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Proven experience leading multiple complex commercial projects with accountability for financial performance, teams, risk, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost control, resource planning, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex commercial projects with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.
• Drive portfolio performance by proactively managing risk, resources, profitability, and project health.
• Provide strategic direction to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build trusted client relationships that strengthen partnerships and generate repeat business.
