Job summary

MCL Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead its largest commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own the financial performance, develop and manage schedules, and partner with field teams to deliver at scale.

As a senior leader, you will mentor Project Managers and Engineers, pursue new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. You’ll shape how MCL delivers at scale across diverse, high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in commercial construction.
• Proven track record leading $50M+ projects.
• Mentor and develop other PMs/PMEs.
• Experience with healthcare, data centers, federal or complex projects.
• Able to lead pursuits and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead MCL’s largest and most complex commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Own full accountability for project financial performance including budgets and cost control.
• Build and manage master schedules across multiple projects.
• Partner with Superintendents to align field operations at scale.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
