Job summary

BNBuilders seeks a Project Executive - K12 to oversee day-to-day construction, project management, and administration. You will collaborate with estimating and purchasing to ensure profitability and client satisfaction, while mentoring teams and pursuing new business opportunities.

The role requires extensive K12 experience, a strong leadership track record, and the ability to manage complex projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in K12 education projects.
• Delivery of K12 projects in Western Washington preferred (private negotiated GC/CM or Progressive Design-Build).
• 10+ years of progressively responsible construction project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction, project management, and administration.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing up-front to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Mentor project teams with annual performance goals and development plans.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the industry.
• Formulate and develop contract terms with clients and communicate to the project team.
• Ensure project strategy, scheduling, and cost controls are aligned with company policies.
