Qualifications

• Fifteen years of increasing responsibility in construction, design, finance, and management.
• Experience with academic projects and clients is a plus.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Supervise Project Managers and guide project teams.
• Develop proposals, estimates, and project presentations.
