Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate work by subcontractors on site, ensuring schedules, quality, and profitability. You will handle HVAC systems, subcontracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of PM or construction management experience, a related bachelor's degree is a plus, and travel up to 40%+. OSHA 30 is a plus and will be required upon hiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or equivalent.
• Proven working experience in Construction Management or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems, building products, construction details/design.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages; strong computer skills.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus and will be required upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating mechanical construction projects from conception to completion.
• On-site management of subcontractors to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Order materials/equipment, issue subcontracts, develop billings, RFIs and change orders, review submittals.
• Maintain knowledge of project scope, conditions, and contract/subcontract documents.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and ensure customer satisfaction; uphold safety standards.
• Establish cost control centers and manage project budgets; travel 40%+ as required.
