Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Project Executive to lead across multiple projects, visiting job sites to address safety, productivity, and quality while aligning field operations with company goals and maintaining strong client relationships.

This senior, owner‑level role requires 15+ years in project or field operations, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or MS in PM or Engineering preferred), PMP certification strongly preferred, and a proven ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MS in Project Management, or Engineering preferred.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project or field operations, including leadership roles.
• Strong background in field execution, including safety, quality control, and productivity oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior leader and representative of company ownership across active job sites.
• Identify and address field‑level challenges related to safety, productivity, and quality.
• Provide strategic input on project planning and operational execution, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to improve performance and remove barriers to success.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and ensure accountability to project goals.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to build trust and address emerging concerns.
• Review project documentation and assess progress in the field.
• Support budgeting decisions and project spending approvals at the executive level.
• Partner with senior leadership on broader business strategy and continuous improvement efforts.
• Travel regularly to job sites to provide real‑time assessment, coaching, and executive support.
