Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises in Sweetwater, Texas, is seeking a results-driven project leader to own large-scale construction programs. You will oversee schedule, budget, safety, and customer satisfaction, guiding teams across field, office, and support functions on data center, industrial, and heavy commercial projects.

Travel is REQUIRED. You will coordinate with clients, manage change orders, and drive risk mitigation while delivering on-time closeouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required).
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting.
• Preferred: Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools.
• Preferred: Managing subcontractors and change orders.
• Travel is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop project teams across field, office, and support functions.
• Manage project schedules, track milestones, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and overall project financial health.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress.
• Drive communication across teams and lead project meetings.
• Identify and execute change orders and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project closeout documentation is completed on time.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance on all projects.
