Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is hiring a Project Executive to lead major design/construction programs as a multidisciplinary architect–engineer provider. You will manage project delivery, assemble and guide cross-disciplinary teams, and partner with clients to realize capital strategies.

You will drive pursuit, proposal, and delivery strategies, aligning with BW Design Group’s standards for quality, schedule, and risk.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in design/construction projects
• Experience with MAE/IDB/EPC delivery models
• Strong capability in client relationship management and market growth

Responsibilities

• Lead Project/Program Team and establish contract documents
• Develop project delivery plan (PxP) and manage scope, schedule, budget
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (trade, OEM, subconsultants)
• Drive client loyalty and multi-year account growth through relationship-based strategies
• Oversee risk, safety, and financial performance across projects
