Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Executive to lead strategic and day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects. You will ensure budgets, timelines and profitability while guiding project management, administration, and policy implementation.

You will oversee client relations, subcontractor/vendor partnerships, and project close-out, driving safety, quality and performance on active construction sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for client management, finances, and schedules.
• Manage project management staff workload and development.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
• Lead project start-up meetings and document results.
• Conduct monthly project reviews to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Assign personnel to match project needs and resolve issues with PMs and Superintendents.
• Negotiate changes and manage client relations.
