Job summary

The Christman Company is seeking a Project Executive for the Raleigh, North Carolina region. This role leads project teams from proposal through completion, aligning with The Christman Way and the company''s core values.

You will be the face of Christman to clients and to on-site staff, guiding budget, cash flow, and risk management to maximize ROI while delivering outstanding results. The PX will mentor project teams, communicate with executive leadership, and stay ahead of risks and market

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related job field.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of direct construction management experience including the management of individuals and teams.
-or- Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience.
Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams and act as the project leader, guiding the on-site staff and coordinating with executives.
Manage client relationships, ensuring client needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee preconstruction budgeting, cash flow projections, bid packages, and cost control to maximize ROI and minimize risk.
Ensure project execution aligns with company standards, safety, scheduling, risk management, and quality.
