Reeves Young LLC is seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple projects and teams from start to finish, driving financial performance and client satisfaction. You will lead large signature projects, manage budgets, and coordinate staff across markets, while pursuing growth opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on problem solving. You will travel to project sites as needed and contribute to ongoing improvements in project delivery and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong people management and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns multiple projects and market sectors from start to finish.
• Leads large signature projects while ensuring financial control and profit goals.
• Develops and executes goals, seeks new clients, maintains relationships, trains staff, and supports growth strategies.
• Evaluates personnel needs and adjusts resources through scheduling and redeployment.
• Maintains proactive issue resolution with monthly team reporting and timely actions.
