Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction across multiple sectors.
• Proven track record managing $50M+ projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, permitting, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams over broad geographies.
• Expertise in contracts, procurement strategies, scheduling, and financial mgmt.
• Experience across commercial, healthcare, K‑12, aviation, residential sectors is valued.
• Excellent communication for executive-level discussions and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level delivery of complex, high-value projects across regions.
• Oversee preconstruction through closeout, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Negotiate contracts, procurement, and vendor partnerships to align with goals.
• Mentor senior PMs, PMs, engineers, and field leaders; drive safety and quality.
• Foster client relationships and support business development across sectors.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and regulatory requirements while driving performance.
