Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in construction management.
- Expert in delivery methods, phasing strategies, and field operations.
- Proven success leading large, complex programs in public/private sectors.
- Knowledge of laws, codes, safety, and contract compliance.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level leadership and strategic oversight on major programs.
- Direct field teams and ensure adherence to plans, safety, and quality.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to optimize delivery.
- Oversee project controls, risk registers, and change management.
- Mentor senior staff and advance CM best practices across the org.
