Job summary

TrueBuild Partners LLC in Boise is seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will provide executive oversight, mentor Project Managers, and ensure performance, schedules, and budgets align with client expectations.

The role requires a track record in ground-up construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience overseeing Project Managers and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong ground-up commercial and/or industrial construction experience.
• Proven track record managing project financial performance, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight across multiple commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and communication.
• Monitor project financials, schedules, contracts, staffing, and risk to ensure projects meet company and client expectations.
• Partner with preconstruction, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve high-level project challenges while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support operational planning, process improvement, and the continued growth of the organization.
