Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including business development and client relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Experience managing multiple commercial projects and leading project management teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract delivery methods (GMP, Lump Sum, CM at-Risk, Design-Build).
• Financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and margin oversight.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and client communication skills.
