Qualifications

• Fluency with construction scheduling and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and coordinate all phases of ground-up construction projects.
• Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase.
• Forecast, manage risk, and report project financials.
• Review contracts and subcontracts with owners.
• Develop CPM schedules and ensure deadlines.
• Ensure health, safety, QA/QC compliance.
• Manage procurement of subcontracts and project closeout.
