Genuine Search Group seeks a Project Executive to lead commercial construction efforts in the San Antonio market. You will oversee project execution, strengthen client relationships, and guide a growing local team to deliver complex corporate interiors and other commercial projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires senior leadership experience in construction, with a track record of managing multiple projects and developing business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Director, or senior construction operations leader.
• Strong background in commercial construction, ideally corporate interiors or complex commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage teams, build client relationships, and lead multiple projects.
• Existing client relationships or a book of business is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in the San Antonio market.
• Salary and benefits include base salary in the range cited, monthly vehicle allowance, and a performance-based bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, client relationships, and overall operations in the local market.
• Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Manage existing work while helping develop new business and future opportunities.
• Build and grow a local team as the project pipeline expands.
• Serve as a senior, client-facing leader and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
