Job summary

The Hagerman Group in Fishers, Indiana is seeking a Project Executive to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality meet expectations. You will manage contract administration and lead project teams, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and trade contractors.

You will also drive business development activities, lead client negotiations, and monitor cost performance while upholding Hagerman's safety standards and project

Qualifications

• Progressive construction experience, including project management responsibilities.
• Strong contract administration and RFIs scheduling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned construction projects to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery.
• Lead contract negotiations and administration with owners, architects, and contractors.
• Coach project teams and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, safety, and QA/QC across project milestones.
• Coordinate with operations, business development, and design teams on procurement and strategy.
• Maintain timely project documentation and monthly status reports.
