The Hagerman Group in Fishers, IN is seeking a Senior Project Manager for commercial construction. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage schedules and budgets, and build trusted client and partner relationships while mentoring project teams.

You bring 14+ years of progressive construction experience, strong client-facing skills, knowledge of construction means and methods, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

• Deep knowledge of construction means and methods, contract administration, and risk management.

• Excellent communication to lead meetings, resolve conflicts, and present clearly.
• Collaborative leadership style that motivates teams and values field expertise.
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Office, scheduling, and accounting tools.
• Familiar with AIA contract documents and project administration best practices.
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and quality on every project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners and design partners, building trust through transparency.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Superintendents, Accounting, and Field teams for strong startups and execution.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specs to define scope, risks, and responsibilities.
• Develop and manage project plans, logistics, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor selection to align with project needs and safety.
• Facilitate job progress meetings to track milestones and resolve issues.
• Monitor job costs, approve invoices, and manage financial performance vs. budget/forecast.
• Champion a proactive safety culture on every jobsite.
• Guide project closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, and documentation.
• Mentor project staff and support development opportunities.
• Support business development by strengthening client and industry relationships.
