Hudson Cooper Search is looking for a Project Executive in New York City to lead corporate interior and retail projects. You will manage a diverse portfolio, typically ranging from $1m–10m, with full ownership and decision-making autonomy.

The role also involves mentoring upcoming project managers and shaping team dynamics. The position offers a competitive base salary of circa $250k–300k plus bonus, comprehensive healthcare, and a long-term incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience as Project Executive or Senior Project Manager.
• Track record running projects from bid to closeout.
• Experience delivering retail/commercial interiors and hospitality fit-outs.
• Genuine line-management experience, having led a team.
• Passion for mentoring and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects typically in the $1m–10m range.
• Mentor and develop PMs and SPMs on live jobs.
• Shape your team and delivery processes according to best practices.
