Hudson Cooper Search is seeking a Project Executive for educational and institutional projects in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a new division with significant growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running projects and strong relationships within the sector. The compensation package includes a base salary of $250k-300k plus bonuses and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience as Project Executive/Senior Project Manager with a GC/CM.
• Experience with stipulated/lump-sum and GMP/CM contracts with strong financial controls.
• Existing relationships with institutional owners and knowledgeable about NYC subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a division focusing on Education and Institutional projects.
• Deepen client relationships and grow a pipeline to ensure quality work.
• Shape processes, standards, and talent in a growing business.

Skills

NYC / Tri-State GC/CM experience

Track record running projects bid-to-closeout

Education and institutional credibility

Genuine line-management experience

Passion for mentoring and developing teams
