Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project estimating.
• Experience with conceptual engineering and project design.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of detailed project cost estimates (conceptual, preliminary, definitive).
• Perform conceptual engineering design and develop preliminary construction plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to prepare accurate estimates.
• Perform value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain estimation tools, databases, and methodologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Present estimates to senior management and clients.
• Mentor junior estimators and coordinate with contractors for pricing.
